Chairman and founder John Hynds has announced the appointment of David Clarke as a non-executive independent director of the Hynds Group of Companies.
David Clarke is very experienced at both board and executive level in a number of industry sectors. Previously CEO of the Counties Manukau District Health Board, David holds the chair or directorships in a wide cross-section of businesses, including Watercare Services, the company owned by the Auckland Councils to supply water to the region. An engineer by profession, David's background includes finance, marketing and sales. David is a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Management, a member of the Royal Society and a member of the NZ Institute of Directors. |
